Tennent’s Direct is Scotland’s leading brewer-led distributor, supplying beers, ciders, wines, spirits and more to the On Trade. We keep it simple with the best brands, unbeatable value and great service.
Alongside our own flagship brands including Tennent’s Lager, we proudly serve a wide range of branded beers and ciders, including Magners, Menabrea, Orchard Pig, Innis & Gunn, Heverlee and Drygate. Tennent’s Direct also recently partnered with America’s No1 selling premium vodka, Tito’s - complementing our diverse range of spirits from around the world. Not to mention our newly launched One Scotland Wine Range, with everything from house pours, through fantastic sparkling options, to premium wines.

History
The iconic Wellpark brewery has been situated in the heart of Glasgow at Duke Street for over 450 years. Hugh Tennent was the first brewer of Tennent’s Lager in 1885, and at the time it was described as a ‘’madman’s dream’’. Since then, Tennent’s has been a staple in Scottish pubs, restaurants and homes. The Wellpark brewery itself can be traced back to 1556, where Tennent’s is still brewed today – and home to Tennent’s Direct.
Roots
Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and we are committed to make a difference to the planet, as well as the people across our entire supply chain – quite literally from the roots up.
Our impressive reach across Scotland comes from our investment in our infrastructures. Tennent’s Direct have recently integrated 16 solar-assisted trucks into our fleet of available vehicles, which has cut our fuel consumption by 5% and lowered CO2 emissions by c100 tonnes.

Our team know the Scottish hospitality industry better than anyone – with unique insights and experience, we help shape what the nation is drinking.
We also have an in-house training team, who ensure learning about drinks is both fun and interactive, with a combination of digital learning and classroom education, perfect for the future stars of your business.
