Winemaker Alain Terrier selects only the ripest grapes to make this unique wine that has no dosage to adjust the sweetness level prior to release. As a result, the balance of sugar and acidity must be perfect at the time of harvest. 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, the wine is matured for four years before release. Ideal both as an aperitif and for those looking for wines with minimal sugar for dietary reasons.
