A blend of 80% Pinot Noir from the Cote des Bar and 20% Chardonnay from Les Riceys; the average age of the vines is 25 years. As for all Alexandre Bonnet wines, the grapes are hand-harvested. The blend has 40% of reserve wine included each year and is bottled with a 9g/l dosage. Elegant in style with a fine long-lasting bubbles, Grande Reserve has a light delicate nose showing white blossom and citrus fruit. The palate is refined, with more fruity notes coming forward to the refreshing finish.
