Only Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vineyards in Darling, Paarl and Philadelphia are used in the production of this zesty wine with grassy, asparagus and tropical fruit flavours. No oak is employed and only a few days of lees ageing is allowed to keep the wine's fresh character.
