Chardonnay grapes from both vineyards at high altitude around False Bay and warmer vineyard sites in the Robertson region were used to make this fresh, unoaked wine. The wines were vinified separately, both parcels receiving lees ageing for about four months prior to blending. A vibrant, lively wine with aromas of green melon and pear; the palate shows peach, citrus and a touch of minerality.
