Fashioned from hand-harvested Malvasia grapes, from vineyards around Taranto on the ?heel? of Italy. The grapes are fermented at low temperatures after a 24 hour maceration and the finished wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to integrate the flavours. Showing tropical fruit flavours, with notes of almond, apricot and blossom. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit and a fresh finish.
