The grapes for this zesty white were harvested from vineyards on the valley floor of the Central Valley. The harvest lasts for about a month, with plots being picked as they reach optimum ripeness; earlier harvested grapes providing a herbal fruit character, whilst later harvesting delivers more tropical fruit flavours. To add to the complexity tiny amounts of Semillon and Chenin Blanc are added to the blend.
